    Expect that all large companies are actively pursuing business with the US Gov and DHS until such time that the US gov or specific departments are declared as sanctioned entities, otherwise it is difficult for a public corporation to not do business with it. They are here to make money, and these are the rules they govern themselves with. Further, the Democrats consistently support funding bills that are diverting massive amounts of money to DHS/ICE, so it has become one of the few departments awarding business, not to mention very large lucrative projects.

    Now consider sales reps, business units that are basically going to lose their job if the don’t make their number and their only client is the US Gov, then consider these are white collar Americans, the last people in the world that would stick their neck out for anyone, so they are all obedient & complicit. Privately, they may say they are conflicted, but that is nonsense, there is nothing to be conflicted about, and then slither back into something about professionalism.

    The contacts are massive to build detainment camps, the AI powered databases of people to fill them, the private cloud to do the processing, 5G network to connect it, the coordination systems, it is all being built as I write this.     Which is also a complete lie. The ‘surplus’ is Canadian crude oil being imported by American oil companies, refined and then exported at high profit. Canada is actually getting screwed. It would be a trade deficit if the taps stopped, and is another example of how a US benefit of Free Trade is being misrepresented to the MAGA cult by the US regime. Once the investments are in place to repatriate oil processing, I expect Carnie will be discussing the need to turn off the taps. I am not sure if retrofitting old refineries would accelerate the process as it would take at least a decade to build from new. In any case, it would freak out the Koch family (one of the families that actually run the US), so I expect there is a full strategy being developed and played out.

    The exit from Afghanistan was ‘planned’ under Trump administration 1. There of course was no plan, so it was a disaster, but Biden inherited it and gets blamed for it.

    Trump admin #1 completely fucked up with Venezuela, allowing both China and Russia to get a foothold in the country and ignored it. Anyone familiar with the Monroe Doctrine which is a core part of US foreign policy for hundreds of years would see this ineptitude. It’s not about agreeing with the doctrine. It’s just how the US is and he has no clue what he was doing.

    So many mistakes from his first term are coming back to haunt him as long term consequences (8 to 12 years) are usually a different president, but not this time. It is interesting watching him blame Biden and Obama for his own decisions and gets away with it.
