8·3 days agoI hate to be that guy, but they were likely arresting it’s owner, and that dog was probably in attack mode. The video is too short to get a feel for the scene, but at least they didn’t shoot it which happens far too often in these scenarios.
6·3 days agoShame. This stuff was a staple in college. It was a few bucks cheaper than “fresh” orange juice (which is a lot of times from concentrate itself)
I just got perma banned from a sub for saying Tim Walz was a spineless fuck for stepping down. This was in a political sub. Apparently we can’t be having opinions anymore that aren’t sucking politician dick relentlessly. I messaged them to retort, and they just said something along the lines of we don’t need this kind of rhetoric in the sub. When I replied, saying I just gave my opinion on the actions of a public figure, they muted me.

3·3 days agoThey have one on Moffett Field that’s the only one for hundreds of miles. They’re closing it next year along with a whole bunch more. Only service members and a handful of civilians who work in certain departments can shop there. I wanna go with my neighbor one day to check it out before they close it (he’s enlisted). I’ve heard it’s significantly cheaper than Safeway, et al.
I mean, tons of more boomers in the upper class after they killed all the unions that they benefited from and shipped all the jobs out for globalization
I would usually respond something along the lines of well, people still show up so we’re here. Don’t miss that line of work one bit.

My wife’s uncle needed some level 1 tech support a few years back while we were visiting. I couldn’t get wifi to work or something stupid. Iirc I fixed it by turning either the router or the computer off and back on again. While I was doing it, I opened the browser to see he left his email open. I shit you not, 90% fundraising requests from Donnie and the chuds.
